Trước khi nói, em trao đổi với bạn (interview) để lấy ý tưởng của bạn, sau đó trình bày lại trước nhóm theo mẫu đã cho. Dưới đây là một bài nói mẫu hoàn chỉnh:

*I talked with Minh about how he manages a well-balanced life.*

*First, he always makes a to-do list every morning and sets clear priorities, so he knows which tasks are the most important and finishes them first. This helps him avoid stress and stop wasting time.*

*Second, he balances his study and his free time. After school, he studies for about two hours, and then he does something he enjoys, such as playing badminton or listening to music. He believes that relaxing is just as important as studying.*

*Third, he takes good care of his health. He eats a lot of vegetables and fruit, drinks enough water, and goes to bed before 11 p.m. He also exercises three times a week to stay fit and energetic.*

*Finally, he spends quality time with his family and friends. At weekends, he helps his parents with the housework and meets his friends to share his feelings. He thinks that good relationships make him happier and more confident.*

*In my opinion, Minh's ideas are really useful. I will try to follow his advice, especially making a to-do list and going to bed early, so that I can have a well-balanced life too.*

Một số cấu trúc và từ vựng nên dùng khi nói:
- *manage/have a well-balanced life*: quản lí/có một cuộc sống cân bằng
- *set priorities, make a to-do list*: đặt thứ tự ưu tiên, lập danh sách việc cần làm
- *balance study and relaxation*: cân bằng việc học và nghỉ ngơi
- *take care of one's health, eat healthily, exercise regularly*: chăm sóc sức khoẻ, ăn uống lành mạnh, tập thể dục đều đặn
- *spend quality time with family and friends*: dành thời gian chất lượng cho gia đình và bạn bè
- Dùng các từ nối: *First, Second, Third, Finally, In my opinion* để bài nói mạch lạc.
